Proposal Submission
- All authors should submit an anonymized proposal of no more than 300 words for review and an abstract of no more than 100 words in either the Scholarly Teaching/Practical or Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Stream.
- For authors who are submitting their proposal as a workshop or presentation, they will also need to submit an explanation of how the work will be presented to engage the audience (no more than 100 words).
- One author cannot serve as a first author for multiple proposals.
- Proposals should represent original work and have not been previously presented.
- Authors will be asked to declare the extent to which tools such as generative artificial intelligence/large language models were used in creating their proposals. We expect all authors to disclose honestly and transparently any use of such tools in the course of research submitted to the conference.
- All submitters will be asked to participate in the peer review process.
If desired, you may download the Proposal Submission Drafting Word Document to draft your proposal prior to submitting it through the form below.
